Sudden Anger Issue is a natural phenomenon of brain that deals with situation with dilemma and procrastination. Everyone plan something for achieving his/ her goal. But time is not always same for everyone in every situation. It's like " Man proposes God disposes." 

     Now-a-days each and every one leads a busy life with different lifestyle. Within short span of time, you have to many works. Without being panic, One can do it with following tips-

* Prioritise the work accordingly.

* Plan your work and put them into proper schedule. 

* Preparation is required from brain side or note down the tasks on a notepad. 

* Execute it with calm mind. 

* If it's not done, take a long breathe and start over again. 


     Being agitated or tempered will only hamper the work and health. So mental health should be kept in control to do all the tasks on time. If it's not happening, then just leave it and relax. It may not be the time of the thing to happen.

    This is all about the person, who is agitated with sudden change in plans or cannot handle the situation immediately in a controlled manner. As a colleague or friend, we face this kind of people in our regular life. 

It's very common now. Sometimes we console them, that it's fine. But actually it's momentary solution. Being more practical, help the other person by counseling and caring. 

* Talk to the person, what's the reason behind its sudden change in behaviour.

* Go deeply in an empathetic way to solve his/ her problem.

* Be a good guide and friend. 

* It's ok to grab the moment of him / her through your life story ( may be real or imaginative ).

* To connect with the person, be cheerful and patient with positive attitude.


     Situation will change for sure. It may take time, but be a healer for everyone's better future.


 *Patience and perseverance are the key to Happier Life.*
