For that, you need to have a better sleep yesterday night. Sleeping with bright and calm mind helps you to remember the things in a better and organised way. So in the mind, plan for the next day, organise the things in a proper way. Before sleeping, read a book or article on positivity, motivation and relax your mind , then you can have a great sleep. Your sleep will speak about the next day morning n your morning will say about the whole day.
