Saada dinner for Anu

24th Feb 2010,Wednesday.I had prepared food for Anu n Bapu as i have invited for SAADA.They came around 8.10pm n we chat for some time.We started dinner after coming back of Jit.I gifted her a dress material as SHAGUN.This is our ritual,when a women is expecting we should bless her with good things like food,clothes n blessings.She is expecting n in the month of june she will deliver the baby....boy or girl.

Party@Home

20th Feb 2010,Saturday.As we celebrated Jit's birthday in London,here i had to throw a party once again for my Mumbai friends.I cooked all the dishes on that day.Sandy n mitali came with their son Akash,Kunal n Puja, Anu n Bapu also came to my home for the dinner.We had a great time on that evening with Friends n kids.

Rick friend Shreyas Birthday Party

19th Feb 2010,Friday.It was Shreyas's Birthday(My son Rick's classmate in Tree House).Her mom Pradyan,Ayush mom Mrinal n me are good friends.Pradyan had arranged a birthday party for her son at her home.It was really fun to see the children dancing on the number"ALL IZZ WELL" from 3 idiots.She ordered the food from outside like Sevpuri,Waffers,cakes,patties etc.We enjoyed a lot n came back home around 9 pm.Rick got a coffee mug as return gift.

Kalaghoda Festival,2010

12th Feb 2010 we had been to Kalaghoda Festival,Fort,Mumbai.Every year this event happens in Kalaghoda,Fort,Mumbai encouraging the upcoming artists of all sides of Arts n Crafts.There was an event of Surf Excel was going on for kids and lots of shops are there of paintings,handcraft articles,clothes n accessories etc.We had a good time there n had lunch in Bombay Blues.The paintings are awesome.

With Akash

On 8th feb after reaching in Mumbai we called up Sandy n went to see his new born baby AKASH.He was looking like Mitali....so cute.I was very happy to see the little new member in our gang.

Leaving London

It was 7th Feb 2010,Sunday morning and my flight was at 8.50 am from Heathrow Airport.On Saturday Vivek,Amol,Raja Chandran had come to our flat n stayed there,as we had a party that night(See Off Party).On Sunday morning i had to got up at 3.30am,we had to rush for airport around 5 o'clock.Cab came in time n we also reached in the right time in airport.Raja Ramesh was also coming back to mumbai on the same day with us but in different flight.Our flight was Emirates,changing of flight was in Dubai.Raja Ramesh was also accompanying us to airport as flight timing was 5 mins gap.After reaching in airport i went to check in my baggages.It took me only 10 minutes as Rick was with me n they give priorities to infants,kids,Senior citizens.Then we were there for 1 hr with Jit.His flight was in the evening 8.45pm in Kingfisher.As it was cold i was carrying baby cream for Rick in my cabin bag,was afraid that they will allow or not,but luckily they allow as kid is with me.We boarded flight around 8.15am.On time flight took off n baby also started watching TV n after getting book n colouring pencils,Rick slept.He got up when Dubai came.Dubai airport was fabulous to see.I roamed every shop n purchased memento n fridge magnet from souvenir shop(duty free shop).We saw Bentley n Jaguar cars in airport,thats for display.We took snaps there.Then after spending 2 hrs we moved to board in flight for Mumbai.It took 7 hrs to reach in Mumbai.We reached Mumbai at 2.50am of 8th Feb,Monday.Lastly am back in my land.

Visit to Canary Wharf,Place of Sky Scrappers

It was 6th February,Saturday.Its the last day in London as next day am flying for Mumbai with my son.My packing is almost done,rest will be done in the night.As we are getting the whole day we planned to go to Canary Wharf,its a place with big big sky scrapper buildings.Due to Saturday Jubilee line train from Wembley Park was closed due to maintenance.We started from home around 10.45am,took the Rail Replacement Bus from our nearby bus stop Brent Town Hall n went to StoneBridge Park station.From there we took Bakerloo line n got down at Baker Street,from there we changed for Jubilee line train and got down at Canary Wharf.It was also a nice place.In the station on the one side shopping mall is there.Its huge one.Then we headed towards the escalator to go out n see the outside scenery.The sky scrapper buildings are situated near the river Thames.the train called DLR is going taking the passengers showing the views of Thames from Canary wharf to Waterloo.It has another station.Outside the station there is another shopping mall.The place is really beautiful with the big buildings n river.HSBC bank building is one of the Sky scrappers.After roaming the malls we started towards Oxford Circus,as Jit 's friends are coming there to meet us n to have lunch together.From canary wharf we took Jubilee line train n got down at Bond Street.We met them at Carphone WareHouse,a phone shop.We had our lunch in Mc.Donald's.Then after that we came back Wembley Central n i bought car perfume n chicken for dinner,some gifts for Rick's friends.Then we came back home.
